1 package (7 oz) Old El Paso Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
1/3 cup from 1 container (7 oz) Old El Paso Crema Mexicana
1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
2/3 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
