1 lime, juiced and zested
1 tbsp. wasabi paste
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/3 cup non-fat Greek-style yogurt
2 tbsp. prepared pesto sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
Directions
- Heat the chicken strips according to the package instructions.
- Combine all the ingredients for the Wasabi Mayonnaise in a bowl: light mayo, lime juice + zest, wasabi paste, and granulated sugar.
- Combine all the ingredients for the Pesto Dipping Sauce in another bowl: non-fat Greek style yogurt, prepared pesto sauce, lemon juice, hot red pepper sauce.
- Serve the chicken strips and dips together on a platter.
