Herbed Crème Fraiche Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Garlic, crushed or minced
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon chives
Directions
- In a medium bowl or measuring cup add crushed garlic and olive oil, stir well to flavor the olive oil in the garlic. Add the vinegar, maple syrup, crème fraiche, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir well until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Add the freshly chopped herbs and stir to combine.
- Toss the dressing with your preferred salad vegetables. We used a combination of lettuces, carrot, sugar snap and snow peas, homemade croutons, toasted sunflower seeds, and a few edible flowers for delicious fun.
