Ingredients
6 oz Wholesome Pantry chocolate sandwich cookies
2 cups cold Wholesome Pantry milk
1 pkg chocolate pudding mix
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Fresh Mint Leaves
Popsicle sticks
Directions
  1. Crush cookies in zipper-style plastic bag with rolling pin or in food processor.

  2. Pour cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then gently fold in whipped topping and ½ of the crushed cookies.

  3. Place about 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into a small mason jar or cup. Fill about 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Repeat until all pudding cups are assembled.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When serving, garnish with fresh fruit and mint leaves to create garden scene, pushing them gently into the “dirt”. On Popsicble sticks, write words like “Grow, Berries, Fresh” on them with marker. Add the Popsicle stick “garden marker” on the side.
