Lakewood Organic Orange & Carrot Juice Blend is made from three ingredients: organic orange juice, organic carrot juice, and organic lemon juice. Each 32 oz glass bottle is made with 3 lbs of organic produce, with no added sugar, no added water, and no preservatives. It is bright and citrusy up front from the orange, with a rounder, earthy sweetness underneath from the carrot and a clean, tart finish from the lemon. The carrot softens the acidity of the orange, so it drinks smoother and less sharp than straight orange juice, which makes it one of the more approachable vegetable containing juices: the citrus leads and the carrot supports. Serve it chilled or over ice as a breakfast juice, blend it into smoothies with mango or ginger, use it as a base for vinaigrettes, or mix it into mocktails and spritzers with sparkling water.
