Brand Information

Our story Siete is a third-generation Mexican-American food brand, rooted in the seven (Siete!) members of the Garza family from Laredo, Texas. We create heritage-inspired products made with thoughtfully selected ingredients to encourage inclusivity around the table.

Product Detail

Why nixtamalized corn? Corn is a crop with deep roots in our Mexican heritage that our ancestors have been eating and enjoying through the ancient process of nixtamalization for thousands of years. This process changes the profile of the corn by soaking the kernels in lime and then stone-grinding them. Heritage-inspired nixtamalized maiz Mexican street corn, elote, is a snack made from grilled corn, cotija cheese, chile, and lime. We grew up enjoying it with friends at street fairs, birthday parties, and backyard asadas. Made with organic corn, we created these dairy free Mexican street corn tortilla chips for more people to enjoy. ¡Buen provecho!
