1 ½ to 2lb top round London broil
¼ cup of olive oil
Bowl & Basket Teriyaki Marinade with Pineapple Juice
Directions
- In a zip-top bag submerge the steak in the marinade and olive oil. Make sure all of the air is out of the bag and close. Massage the steak in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high. Sear the steak for approximately 4-6 minutes per side for a medium rare temperature (approximately 135 degrees).
- Transfer the steak to a plate or a wire rack and let it rest for at least 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving it.
