Shell Steak with BBQ Sauce
- 1 lb USDA choice shell steak
- coarse kosher salt, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 20 oz. Fairway bbq sauce
- 1Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 2Place steaks on grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes for medium-rare (internal temp 140 degrees).
- 3Let rest, then serve with Fairway barbecue sauce.
