⅓ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon honey

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

4 cups shredded coleslaw mix

1 small bell pepper (any color), finely chopped

¼ cup chopped green onion

Directions

Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Add coleslaw mix, bell pepper, corn and green onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
