A Fairway Insider ® is required and customers must use the same Fairway Insider® account to accumulate points. Our registers will automatically keep a running total of your eligible purchases between 7/19/26 to 8/15/26 in NY. When you qualify, look for your Back to NYC Rewards gift card certificate printed at the bottom of your register receipt. After you qualify, pick up a $50 Fairway gift card or gas card from our gift card display and bring it, along with your certificate, to any Fairway Customer Service desk in NY for activation by 8/29/26. All gift cards must be redeemed in person at the store. Limit one (1) offer per customer.

Q. What are these points I’m seeing at the bottom of my receipt? 
A. The Back to NYC Rewards points listed on the bottom of your paper or digital receipt refer to the qualifying amount spent to earn a $50 Fairway or gas gift card.

Q. How do I qualify for the $50 Fairway or gas gift card? 
A. With our Back to NYC Rewards program, customers can earn a certificate for a $50 Fairway or gas gift card by purchasing $150 or more of Chobani, General Mills, Kraft-Heinz or Procter & Gamble products between Friday, July 17 and Thursday, August 13.

Q. Where can I find a list of qualifying items? 
A. You can visit fairwaymarket/backtonycrewardsfor complete program details and a list of participating brands and items. 

Q. How do I know when I qualify for the free $50 Fairway or gas gift card? 
A. Our registers automatically keep a running total of your purchases during the qualifying period. You will 
see your points balance at the bottom of your printed or digital receipt. When you reach the $150 spend 
threshold, a certificate will print at the bottom of your printed register receipt telling you you’ve earned a 
$50 Fairway or gas gift card. Customers that have opted into digital receipts will see their points balance accumulation at the bottom of their digital receipt. Once qualified, gift cards must be picked up in-person at any The Fresh Grocer Customer Service desk on or before Thursday, August 27.

Q. Is there another way to check how many Back to NYC Rewards points I have accumulated? 
A. You can check your points accumulation at one of our in-store kiosks, or by signing into your account on the Fairway mobile app or at fairwaymarket.com and navigating to My Account/Points Summary. 

Q. Can I combine Back to NYC Rewards points from multiple accounts into one? 
A. Generally, no, but if there are unique circumstances, please call 1-800-746-7748 and a customer care representative may be able to assist. 

Q. Do my purchases on Instacart/DoorDash Marketplace get applied to my Back to NYC Rewards points balance? 
A. If your account is linked to your Instacart or DoorDash Marketplace account and used at checkout by their shopper, then you will accumulate points for those purchases. However, gift cards cannot be delivered or fulfilled through third party sellers. You must pick up your earned $50 Fairway or gas gift card in person at any Fairway Customer Service Desk. 

Q. Can I redeem my Back to NYC Rewards points (get my gift card) through 
Instacart/DoorDash? 
A. No. Gift cards cannot be awarded or delivered through third party sellers. You must pick up your $50 Fairway or gas gift card in person at any Fairway Customer Service Desk.

 
Q. Why isn’t the full amount of my order appearing in my Back to NYC Rewards points total? 
A. Only qualifying purchases from Chobani, General Mills, Kraft-Heinz and Procter & Gamble apply toward points accumulation for this program, minus any loyalty discounts or paper or digital coupons. 

Q. I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout. How do I get the points for my purchases? 
A. Please see a customer service agent at your store or call 1-800-746-7748 for assistance.

Q. I have spent more than $150 at your store on qualifying items but my receipt isn’t showing that. 
A. In this case, it’s possible that you entered a different family member’s phone number during your shopping trips. You must check out with the phone number during the qualifying period to earn a $50 gift card. See a Customer Service Desk Associate or call 1-800-746-7748 if you need further assistance. 

Q. I’m an online shopper. How do I get my gift card once I qualify? 
A. If you have qualified for a free $50 Fairway or gas gift card through our Back to NYC Rewards 
program, you must visit the Customer Service desk at any Fairway store and present the reward certificate from the bottom of your receipt or give the attendant your phone number to look up your account. 

Q. Once I qualify, how much time do I have to pick up my gift card? 
A. Gift cards must be picked up in-person at any Fairway courtesy desk before on or before Thursday, August 27.
