1Pour dark chocolate chips into a microwavable mug. Heat for 30 second increments, and stir in between, until melted to a smooth & glossy consistency.
2Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, swirling to coat as evenly as possible. Let excess chocolate drip into the mug before placing the strawberry on a parchment-lined sheet to cool for about 15 minutes.
3Pour the white chocolate into a separate mug, then repeat the chocolate melting process in 20 second increments.
4Pour melted chocolate into a piping bag with a number two tip. After letting the chocolate cool slightly, pipe a stripe at the top and bottom of each strawberry. Then, pipe a line down the center of the strawberry, intersected with 4-5 lines across.
